Can't open the app? Ask us by email
Email sivresorts@gmail.com from the email address on your SIV account, with the subject "Delete my SIV account". We'll confirm it's you and delete your account within 30 days.
Delete some of your data, and keep your account
You can remove these yourself in the app at any time:
- Notifications: open Inbox (owners: the bell on the dashboard), tap ⋮ on a message and choose Delete.
- Saved resorts: open the Saved tab and tap the heart to remove a resort.
For anything else, such as a review you posted or your recently viewed resorts, email sivresorts@gmail.com from the email address on your SIV account with the subject "Delete some of my SIV data" and tell us what to remove. We'll confirm it's you and delete it within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (see below) can't be deleted early.
What gets deleted
- Your login and account profile: name, email, mobile number and username.
- Your saved and recently viewed resorts, notification settings and your reward points balance.
- Your notification inbox.
- Your referral code and username look-up records.
What we keep, and why
- Booking, payment, refund and payout records (including the name on the booking): kept for as long as Philippine tax and accounting laws require, then deleted.
- Reviews you posted: stay on the resort's page, shown with the name you used or as "Anonymous". To remove a review, email us.
- Referral and reward-point history: kept for fraud checks and our accounting records.
- Security records and page-view logs: kept only as long as needed to keep SIV safe and produce resort statistics. Admin activity logs are deleted after one year.
