    Your confirmation and payment summary land in your email and in the app.

Privacy & account

Your data, kept simple.

What we collect

Your name, email, username, mobile number and bookings, so we can confirm stays, process payments and refunds, and send updates. Card and GCash details are handled by PayMongo, never stored by SIV. Read our Privacy Policy.

Delete your account

  1. Open the SIV app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Tap Delete My Account and confirm.

Refunds

Refunds follow the policy the resort set for your booking, shown before you pay. The service fee is non-refundable.
